Zero Carb Cheese Crackers

- 1 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of cayenne
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix the almond flour, salt, and cayenne together, then stir in the egg.
- Add grated cheddar and knead into a ball.
- Mash the ball on a piece of parchment. Cover with another piece of parchment, then roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Remove top sheet and cut into squares, then transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Josh added some butter and some rosemary.
