  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix the almond flour, salt, and cayenne together, then stir in the egg.
  3. Add grated cheddar and knead into a ball.
  4. Mash the ball on a piece of parchment. Cover with another piece of parchment, then roll to 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Remove top sheet and cut into squares, then transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
