Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

- 1 1/4 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 lb bacon
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
- Place cubed chicken and pineapple juice in a zip top bag and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Mix brown sugar and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Cut bacon strips into thirds.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken, then stick a toothpick through to hold.
- Dredge bacon-covered chicken pieces in brown sugar mixture, then place on the wire rack.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
