Savory Zucchini

- 1 medium onion, chopped (or 1 cup frozen chopped onion)
- ½ cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices and then halved
- 1½ tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ cup finely chopped extra lean ham
- In a 12-inch, nonstick skillet cook the onion with the salad dressing over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes with a lid on, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the zucchini, minced garlic, and ham until well mixed. Cover and cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
