- Chicken Boneless (cubes) ½ kg
- Tandori Masala 1 tsp
- Sambal Oelek 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted)1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream Cheese 2 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients for 30 min.
- Heat oil in a wok put botis, cover and simmer for 15 mins, till done.
- Serve with onion rings mint leaves.
