Pesto-Crusted Tilapia

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 8 tbsp basil pesto
- 4 tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- risotto side for Pesto Tilapia
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add fillets to baking dish.
- Spread 2 tbsp of pesto over each fillet.
- Sprinkle each fillet with 1 tbsp of bread crumbs.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes to add crunch to topping.
