Peanut Butter Dipped Oreos

Yield: 24 Oreos
- 24 Oreo cookies
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 12 ounces white chocolate almond bark chopped
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- Reese's Pieces, chopped optional
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside.
- Twist open an Oreo cookie and add a teaspoon of peanut butter in the center; press the two halves back together and place it on the lined baking sheet.
- Repeat with all of the Oreos.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate and the peanut butter chips. Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds. Stir. If it's not completely melted, microwave in 15 second intervals (at 50% power) until melted.
- Dip the Oreos into the coating and return to the waxed paper-lined pan.
- Sprinkle with peanut butter candies and let cool completely.
