Okonomiyaki

  1. Preheat griddle.
  2. You'll need two mixing bowls: one for okonomiyaki with cabbage and one for those without.
  3. Into each bowl, place 1/2 cup okonomiyaki flour and 1/2 cup water and mix. Add 2 eggs to each bowl.
  4. In the first bowl, add the Napa cabbage. In the second bowl, add the hash browns. Mix both bowls well.
  5. Spray griddle with cooking spray.
  6. Put the flour mixture onto the griddle in four separate servings. Place 3 slices of bacon on top of each serving.
  7. After 3 minutes, flip the okonomiyaki and cook for an additional 3 or 4 minutes.
  8. Flip once more and cook for a few minutes.
  9. Take okonomiyaki off the griddle. Pour okonomiyaki sauce on top and sprinkle on aonori and bonito flakes to taste. Serve immediately.
