  1. Cook onions, broth and garlic in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender. Stir in turkey. Cook 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Cook about 3 minutes or until rice is hot and turkey is no longer pink in center; remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
