  1. Combine all the ingredients (except for the panko crumbs and Korean BBQ sauce) and mix together.
  2. Sprinkle the panko crumbs over the meat mixture, mix and let the panko soak into the meat mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. Form into 20 balls. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to the pan and allow to come to a shimmer. Add the meatballs to the pan.
  4. Cook the meatballs until browned on the top and bottom, about 5 minutes per side. You may need to cook the meatballs in two batches.
  5. Serve the meatballs over quinoa. Drizzle the Korean BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
