Japanese Meatballs

- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 2 tsp fresh grated)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Sandwich Sprinkle
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko
- canola oil
- ponzu sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- Wontons or gyoza
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix together the meatball ingredients and form into balls.
- Dredge the balls in the flour, dip in the egg, then roll in the panko.
- Arrange meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with sauces.
