Ham Steaks and Pineapple Dressing

- 1 1/2 lbs ham steaks
- 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 5 English muffins, cubed
- 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Salad Elegant seasoning
- Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix together pineapple dressing ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into baking dish.
- Cook for 60 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
- Cook ham steaks to desired level of doneness, turning once.
