Garlicky Slow-Cooked Pork Carnitas

- 2 to 2½ lbs. boneless pork shoulder roast or pork country ribs, cut into large chunks
- 1 pouch Frontera Garlic Pork Carnitas Slow Cook Sauce
- Large flour tortillas
- 8 oz sour cream
- Frontera taco sauce
- chipotle powder, to taste
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Frozen onions
- Frozen mixed peppers
- Frozen corn
- Tortilla chips
- guacamole

- Brown pork in oil in a large skillet.
- Put pork, Sauce and 1/2 cup water into 3 or 4-qt. slow-cooker. Cover tightly; slow-cook on low until meat is fork-tender, 6 to 8 hrs.
