Garlic and Ponzu Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Half or quarter the potatoes and add in a big bowl with the vegetable oil, sesame oil, ponzu, and garlic; toss until the potatoes are well and evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread out evenly into 1 layer.
  4. Roast for about 20 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  5. Turn twice during baking.
  6. Remove from the oven and transfer to serving dish.
  7. Season with more ponzu or soy sauce if needed.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
