Easy Air Fryer Pineapple

  1. Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 8 to 10 rings (1/4-inch thick), then into quarters. Transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon; dump over the pineapple and gently toss to coat.
  3. Preheat the Air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
  4. Using tongs, gently place pineapple pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until caramelized.
  6. Enjoy warm as is or with some vanilla ice cream!
