Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

  1. Over medium high heat, melt the butter in a saucepan
  2. Add in the celery and cook until it softens
  3. Stir in the flour, cook for another minute
  4. Heat the milk until it is warm
  5. Add to the saucepan and whisk until all lumps are gone
  6. Whisk in the Old Bay Seasoning, Salt and pepper, heavy cream and the tomato paste
  7. Lower the temp, cook until it is simmering,
  8. Cook until the bisque begins to thicken
  9. Stir in the shrimp and crab meat, cooking until it is heated through
  10. Top with fresh parsley for a garnish and serve
  11. Enjoy!
