Code Blue Fudge

Yield: 20
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- Bring sugar, milk and butter to boil for 4 minutes, continuously stirring.
- Cut heat and stir in chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow and vanilla.
- Pour into 9” square pan.
- Cool for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Cut and store in an airtight container.
