  1. Combine hoisin sauce and next 7 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl; stir until well blended.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add pork; saute about 10-15 minutes until well browned.
  3. Pour sauce mixture over pork; stir well. Cook 1-2 minutes more to heat sauce through.
  4. Serve over rice.
