Beef and Pineapple Stir Fry

  1. Combine the Marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add the beef strips, toss to coat, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Lightly coat a nonstick wok or frying pan with cooking spray and place over high heat. Add the beef along with the marinade, and stir-fry the beef until no pink remains (about 1 minute).
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add pineapple and ginger, and saute until heated through.
  4. Add the sesame seeds, Mrs. Dash, and 2 tbsp of water. Mix all the ingredients together well and cook another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over a bed of rice.
